This is a short article but its basically says that there were 12 people from the Shahid Hemmat Industrial Group in North Korea when they launch that missile. It is clear that the Iran group was there to observe and get data about this missile for North Korea. Another hint they are working together is the Shahab-3 ballistic missile made by Shahid Hemmat Industrial Group is the same as the North Korean one. Mr and Mrs. Satrapi would find this interesting and I am sure would attend a protest about it because the Shahid Hemmat group is in trouble of a number of international sanctions right now.
